Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dialed GG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Submit offensive or inappropriate names to the leaderboard
• Attempt to manipulate scores or cheat in any way
• Use automated systems or bots to play the game
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage

User Content

When you submit a player name or score to our leaderboards, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your content, but we reserve the right to remove inappropriate names or scores at our discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language in player names
• Impersonating other players or public figures
• Sharing personal information of others without consent
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the game
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dialed GG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dialed GG be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
