match iconic colors — flags, nature, shapes — from memory
About
color² is the palette edition of Dialed GG. Instead of random colors, you memorize a themed set of five colors — drawn from brands, gaming icons, national flags, famous paintings, sports teams, and more — then recreate each one using HSB sliders.
Each icon comes with a shape you recognize — a flag, a fruit, a flame — giving your memory a visual anchor that makes the challenge richer and more rewarding than random color patches.

How to Play
A themed palette is revealed — five colors from an iconic brand, character, or artwork. Study each one carefully during the memorize window.
Each color disappears one by one. Recreate it using Hue, Saturation, and Brightness sliders from memory. Themes help anchor your recall.
5 rounds, max 50 points. Color similarity is measured by CIELAB ΔE — the same standard used in professional color science.
Game Modes
Get a random palette each game. Easy mode gives more memorize time; Hard cuts it down and scoring is stricter.
Share a link — everyone gets the exact same palette and colors. The fairest way to compare color memory skills.
One themed palette for all players worldwide each day. Compare your score on the daily leaderboard.
Benefits
Memorizing themed palettes is harder than random colors — and more rewarding. Your visual memory will genuinely improve with practice.
Brand colors are deeply embedded in culture. Testing yourself against Google, Netflix, and Spotify colors sharpens your visual literacy.
Designers and creatives use color² to calibrate their eye for saturation and brightness — the two dimensions most people misjudge.

The original uses five random independent colors. color² uses themed palettes — each set has a name and context (e.g. Google, Pikachu, Starry Night), giving your memory a meaningful anchor.
Each color is scored using CIELAB ΔE perceptual distance: score = 10 × e^(−ΔE/k). k = 22 on Easy, 18 on Hard. A perfect perceptual match scores 10/10; completely different colors score near 0.
